Thursdays 1:30 pm - 3 pm

Participants gather each week to explore the world through writing. Prompts allow for therapeutic exploration via either fiction or non-fiction.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group is a structured, evidence-based program designed to help individuals build practical tools for managing difficult emotions, improving relationships, and creating a life worth living.

Saturday 3 pm - 4:30 pm

Learn and practice in a group setting. Each week, we have some instruction around social skills and interactions, and then provide an opportunity to practice

Makers Group

Thursday 11 am - 12:30

Our weekly makers group provides space for hands-on crafting and community building. Join us to work on your own project, or to make something with our supplies either for yourself or for the Keystone Marketplace.

Wednesday 2:30 pm - 4 pm or 6:30 pm - 8 pm

When you come to Keystone for tabletop gaming you know that you are playing in a safe space that provides extensions for the work you do in one-on-one therapy.
