Experience personalized individual counseling sessions focused on navigating life's challenges. Our trauma-informed clinicians provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your emotions and build sustainable coping strategies for lasting mental health resilience. We use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help you on your journey. These techniques include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Thursdays 1:30 pm - 3 pm
Participants gather each week to explore the world through writing. Prompts allow for therapeutic exploration via either fiction or non-fiction.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group is a structured, evidence-based program designed to help individuals build practical tools for managing difficult emotions, improving relationships, and creating a life worth living.
Saturday 3 pm - 4:30 pm
Learn and practice in a group setting. Each week, we have some instruction around social skills and interactions, and then provide an opportunity to practice
Makers Group
Thursday 11 am - 12:30
Our weekly makers group provides space for hands-on crafting and community building. Join us to work on your own project, or to make something with our supplies either for yourself or for the Keystone Marketplace.
Wednesday 2:30 pm - 4 pm or 6:30 pm - 8 pm
When you come to Keystone for tabletop gaming you know that you are playing in a safe space that provides extensions for the work you do in one-on-one therapy.

This gathering is for LGBTQIA+ individuals of all ages, as well as families, friends, and allies seeking connection, reflection, and support.
