Social Skills

At narrative therapy, participants gather each week to explore the world through writing. Prompts allow for exploration via either fiction or non-fiction, and participants can choose whether to read aloud what they have drafted each week. This safe space is structured to allow for each individual to choose their level of engagement from both a creative and a therapeutic lens.

Thursday 2:30pm -4:00pm

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group is a structured, evidence-based program designed to help individuals build practical tools for managing difficult emotions, improving relationships, and creating a life worth living. Groups meet weekly in a supportive, skills-focused environment. Participants learn, practice, and reinforce skills alongside others on a similar journey.

Tuesdays 2:30pm - 4:00pm

Learn and practice in a group setting. Each week, we have some instruction around social skills and interactions, and then provide an opportunity to practice either in our office or out in the community. This group is great for those with social anxiety, neurodivergence, and developmental disabilities.

Saturdays 3:00pm - 4:30 pm

Art Therapy

From special art making events, to our weekly craft group, there is always making going on at Keystone. We have materials for a variety of types of making and provide both guided instruction and space for open exploration depending on the group you select. Check our calendar for special events, and join us on Thursday for our open craft group.

Thursdays 11:00am - 12:30pm
